Mary Sherhart www.marysherhart.com is a Seattle-based singer, performer, teacher and ambassador of the music and culture of Eastern Europe.

Asked by Danica Anderson to do "Old Europe" women's chants found in South Slavic & Balkan music, Mary had already researched and passionately begun her foray into the haunting lyrics and notes of ancient Slavs.

Mary's voice and work aligns with Danica Anderson's book "Baba Yaga Crone Inscriptions," about South Slavic wisdom and the Blood and Honey card deck of archetypal movements.
