The conference held in Mexico City at the Mexico National Human Rights near the center of the city assembled a group that explored memory. Pulque Bars until the last decade did not allow women. A bioculinary practice is made from Agave- cactus. Agustin lead the tour to the ancient city and to experience the Pulque Bar.
